I had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel facilities exceeded my expectations with a fantastic breakfast and a small yet wonderful pool. The staff were helpful and always welcoming. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel during my stay.

Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this hotel located in the beautiful Erzgebirge Mountains. the peaceful surroundings, combined with a lovely terrace and delicious breakfast, made for a truly relaxing experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the helpful staff added to our pleasant stay. the indoor pool was a nice touch and offered a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.
We did experience some inconvenience due to the lack of an elevator, which may be problematic for those with mobility issues.

Best aspects of our stay were the quiet and peaceful location surrounded by nature, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The heated indoor pool was a plus during chilly evenings, and the sauna added to the ultimate relaxation experience.
The outdated decor in some of the rooms and the lack of a lift, which was inconvenient for guests with physical limitations. The dinner buffet was not up to the expected standards for the price paid, and the seating area around the pool was limited, providing uncomfortable relaxation.

The hotel is located in a beautiful countryside area, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the city. the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hotel offers a great indoor pool to enjoy during the stay.
The hotel was in need of renovation, some rooms were stuffy, and some of the beds were not very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no elevator available, so guests with limited mobility had difficulty accessing their rooms.
